How to make good keywords
Find a trend related to your niche, if you target shopping and Canada, find a few trends in their country related to the shopping theme such as a new Make Up brush or whatever, make keywords around that and scrape more using our keyword scraper
How to make good parameters
The best way is to manually get parameters. Make a few dorks with the pagetype you need eg. intitle:top movie netflix 2024 ext:php site:ca search them on google and grab the parameters from the results, make sure to keep the ones you see multiple times.
How to make good dorks
To make good dorks you need good keywords, good parameters and good dork types.
The Scraper won't start
Close the client and restart it
Check your settings (make sure you have at least one engine selected, if you use Google proxyless make sure there is only this engine selected and don't use proxies, if you don't have the Google proxyless make sure to use proxies)
Check the threads count, 4VCPU/8GB RAM: 50-75 Threads, 8VCPU/16-32GB RAM: 100-200 Threads
Make sure Windows Defender is disabled
Check your VPN if you use one
The dumper won't start
Make sure you selected your machine
Make sure your proxies are working (run the task without and see if it works)
Check your threads, default settings 50/50 is for 4-6VCPU / 8GB RAM, play with the settings according to your usage
The keyword scraper don't work
Check the threads, 25-50 for 4-6VCPU, 50-100 for 8VCPU
Don't use proxies
Make sure you update the settings to 2 words minimum cause 1 might return too much results for small machines
The vuln scanner don't return any vuln
Drop the threads to half what you set (50-75 max for 4-6VCPU)
Check your proxies, run with and without see if there is a difference
I keep getting timeout error
It happens when your IP got a high score meaning it's a bit shady. Make sure to try with a VPN US/CA/EU location, if that doesn't work use a Resi proxy to access the dashboard with like Proxy omega extension.
The dork generator is stuck at loading
Make sure the number of dorks you generate is fair based on your amount of keywords/parameters, if you have 100 keywords and 50 parameters you won't generate 1M dorks
The dehasher doesn't dehash my lines
A dehasher will have to find a match based on the hashed string, it won't crack the hash so if it can't dehash your line you'll have to move to the next lines, invest in our Dedicated Dehasher (HPlus) or use hashcat to crack the hash.
I can't use Google in the Scraper settings
Google is only available to the Proxyless customers, if you want to enjoy Google make sure to upgrade from your dashboard homepage, top right Upgrade button, the upgrade is $20 no matter what's your current plan. You also won't have to use proxies when running Google on the Scraper.
I can't download valid URLs
Make sure to enable "Keep unfiltered" from the Scraper settings.
I get a low DPM (Dork / minute)
Your proxies: slow proxies won't work properly
Your machine: if the network isn't stable/is slow
Your threads: too high it won't work fine, too low it won't be as fast as it could
Your dorks: high FPM means lower DPM
I get a low FPM (Filter / minute)
Your dorks quality: bad dorks won't return much links and will lead to a low FPM
The threads are too high: 4VCPU/8GB RAM go for 50-75 threads, 8VCPU/16GB RAM 100-200
Local antipublic system: we've got a antipublic system built-into the client which filters the URLs you got in the past to make sure you don't scrape the same links over and over
The dumper presets are wrong
Make sure to enable/disable the presets you need or not by clicking the checkbox next to the gear icon
If you're using regex strings make sure they're valid
Don't use must: too much, could skip all lines if you don't use it properly
Use the default preset if you focus on email:pass only
The dumper will start by checking data using the first preset then the next one from top to bottom, make sure to organize accordingly
I want to dump email:pass and phone:pass
You will need to run the dumper two times. Currently the dumper will get the data from the top preset to the bottom meaning if you have 2 presets it'll get the first one if possible, if not it'll check for the second one.
Make sure to run the dumper on the first preset then save your results and export the injectables so you don't have to run the whole list again, click the [...] button next to save results to export injectables.
The client doesn't open
Make sure you didn't hit the machine limit (Max 3 registered machines, check from your Dashboard > Machines page the number at the top, if it's 3 make sure to delete a machine on Active or Inactive tab)
Make sure WebView2 is installed properly, download again if needed from Microsoft (Evergreen Standalone Installer), link
Pause all tasks, open again, if that works it means one task is making the client crash, usually the dumper or vuln scanner since they're heavy, delete them and start over
The client is showing 0 values
Make sure you didn't hit the machine limit (Max 3 registered machines, check from your Dashboard > Machines page the number at the top, if it's 3 make sure to delete a machine on Active or Inactive tab)
Make sure your AV isn't blocking the client, disable Windows Defender fully and see if it works
Check if you entered the right API key from your Dashboard > Settings page
Do a quick test by downloading anydesk, if when launching it you see "Disconnected from AnyDesk network" that means your RDP provider or own ISP has strict rules blocking in/out connections making it not working, you'll need a new machine.
When I download the results from the dumper I get X amount of lines out of Y amount of lines
The dumper will clean the bad lines when you download them, eg. you got email:pass preset and some lines are like email: or :pass this will get removed. There is also something that could happen which is when you set the threads too high or the timeout too low it won't be able to get the whole data and won't save/send it. You might have to play with the settings.
I add a new machine but it replace the current one
On one of the machine you have rename the account, eg. from Adminstrator to User
If that doesn't work delete all machines and add them back
Do I download filtered or valid?
Filtered results on the Scraper are URLs with parameters meaning the links that you can use on the vuln scanner
Valid results on the Scraper are URLs mixed with simple domains, links without parameters and other links that could be used only if you know what you're doing
My task is frozen
Make sure you're not multi tasking with a low end RDP (4-6VCPU 8-12GB RAM is considered low end)
If you multi task go for low threads 10-25 then increase if it runs properly
Make sure the client is still running if so close and restart
The dumper doesn't dump anything but got injectables
Make sure your presets are properly configured
Make sure the auto dumper is enabled
What does "no match" means on the dumper
It means it didn't find columns matching your presets, eg. you set presets for email:pass lines, it only finds email it'll skip.
What vulnerability type can I enable on the Vuln scanner for the Dumper?
Only SQL vulnerability can lead to a DB dump.
I removed the default preset how can I get them back?
Stop and reset the dumper
Go to the dumper settings and hit the red reset button
The DB Explorer is stuck not dumping
Close and restart the client
Try with/without a proxy
Wait for the dumper to finish injecting/auto dumping
How can I make good dork types?

The dork checker marks my dorks as Invalid
Our dork checker don't use the same APIs as our Scraper so just go straight to the Scraper if you're confident in your Dorks quality.
I can't download my Vulnerability Scanner/Dehasher results
The vulnerability scanner and dehasher are both heavy on the machine, setting the threads too high can lead to that type of issue, make sure to make the task again.
I can't save the results from the Dumper it loads indefinitely
Open an incognito tab from Chrome and login to the dash, then hit save results on the dumper, if it still don't work reset and start over with lower threads.
How can I renew?
Go to the dashboard homepage
Click Add days button
How can I upgrade?
Go to the dashboard homepage
Click Upgrade button and select your options
The client keeps crashing
Stop all tasks, if that works you'll need to find which task is causing the issue and delete it
If not check the machine limit 3/3 means you'll need to delete
If you didn't hit the machine limit then delete all machines and add it back
When I download the results from the dumper the amount of rows is different on the dashboard and on the file downloaded
Bad/empty rows are removed when downloading, if it's :pass or email: it'll get rid of those, same for empty lines
The client doesn't show up on the machines page
Check if the client shows version 12 and no % for CPU/RAM/Network, if so you'll need to close and restart and add the API key back, if that still doesn't work download anydesk and open it, if you see a network error on Anydesk that means your ISP (or the RDP provider) is blocking in/out connections meaning you'll need to switch to an other machine with a different network
Make sure you didn't hit the machine limit
Make sure your AV isn't blocking the client
